Google Apps FAQ

  • Open up the Google Chrome browser. 
  • On the top right of the browser, you will see three dots. Click on these three dots and then go to “Settings“.

  • Once you are in settings, type “password” in the search bar and click on “Passwords“.

  • Once you click on “Passwords”, you will be able to view and manage your saved passwords as well as configure some password settings.
 
  • On your Google Doc, click the File button.
  • Scroll down to Download, then select how you’d like to download your Google Doc.

  • You can also do this step with Google Sheets (download as an Excel file) and Google Slides (download as a Powerpoint file).
  • Open up the Google Chrome browser.
  • On the top right of the browser, you will see three dots. Click on these three dots and then go to “Settings”.

  • Once you are in Settings, type “clear” in the search bar. Scroll down and click on “Clear browsing data“.

  • Once you click on “Clear browsing data”, this window will appear. Check Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. Pick “Last hour” for the time range. Then click “Clear data“.
